Delete your account.
How to delete your ZyloPay account, by UpLevel Technologies LLC, and what happens to your data.

In the app (fastest)
Open ZyloPay on your phone, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm with Face ID, fingerprint or your passcode. Your passes stop working at once and you are signed out on every device.

By email (no app needed)
Email privacy@zylopay.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my ZyloPay account". We confirm the request with you and process it the same way.
Before you delete
Your wallet and the USDC in it are yours. Move any funds you want to keep out of your wallet first: after deletion you cannot sign in to ZyloPay with this account again. Payments still waiting for your approval are declined.
What we delete
Within 30 days: your profile (name and email address), notifications, push notification registrations, and your sign-in sessions. Your Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes and any AI agent keys are switched off immediately.
What we keep, and for how long
Records the law requires us to keep — such as payment, refund and sanctions-screening records — for as long as the law requires, and then we delete them. Payments settled on the Monad blockchain are public and permanent: nobody, including ZyloPay, can delete them.
Changed your mind?
Until the deletion is complete, you can cancel it by emailing support@zylopay.com.
